Description

This webcast will teach specific design and instructional strategies how managers and leaders can coach employees to greater talent when time is limited. During the webcast, we will teach specific case study examples of how to design & train on one on one and supplemental coaching strategies where the manager does not physically have to be present. During this webcast, we will give specific case study examples for the following types of coaching opportunities:

  • How to train managers to coach someone with a negative attitude
  • How to train managers to coach  someone with low self-awareness or emotional intelligence
  • How to train managers to coach someone who is abrupt and perceived as a non-team player
  • How to design and deliver coaching tools that position managers to support training through coaching specific to learning objectives.

The examples will provide us a framework to apply specific coaching strategies that require little or no in person time on the part of the manager or leader.
