In this session, we’ll explore how AI is being used, implemented, and evaluated across different contexts. We’ll place special emphasis on evaluation, how to measure effectiveness, identify gaps, and use insights to drive process improvement, secure additional funding, and build stronger organizational support.
Participants will learn a clear, practical approach to evaluating AI projects the right way so that AI becomes not just a tool, but a proven asset.
