His career spans leadership roles at Farmers Insurance, Nationwide Insurance, and Nationwide-owned brokerages, where he modernized sales academies, led multi-state expansions, and drove enterprise growth through disciplined execution and culture-driven leadership.

A builder by nature, JJ blends strategic vision with operational rigor. He holds the CIC designation, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and SAFe Agile certification, and is known for turning complexity into scalable growth systems that deliver results. Based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, JJ lives with his wife Angela and their children and remains deeply committed to family, community, and building organizations that win by putting people first.
